マルタのダークチョコレートはカカオ分が55％！
カカオ成分が70％以上の高カカオチョコレートは健康に良いけれど、ちょっと苦すぎるかなと感じる方にちょうどいいカカオ感になっています。
お酒に合わせていただくのもおすすめです！

【保存方法】
直射日光、多湿を避け、10～20℃で保管してください。

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place at a constant temperature of 10°C – 20°C away from direct sunlight and odours.

Warning: Changing in the temperature may cause a blooming of the cocoa butter on the surface.This effects negatively the appearance of the chocolate but does not affect quality & taste.
